Although our showrooms are temporarily closed due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, you can still secure your new car online, ready for delivery as soon as we reopen. 

All of our core services are still available through our website www.cartime.co.uk, offering the ability to apply for finance, submit a part exchange request and reserve your selected vehicle online. One of our team will then be in touch to discuss your enquiry further.

Here’s a breakdown of each of the services: 

Car Reservations

If you have found a car online that you would like to secure, you can reserve this for a small deposit which will allow us to take the vehicle off sale and remove it from our website. The car will then be fully prepped, ready for you to collect when our showroom reopens. A local delivery service will also be available. Cash payments can be taken now or when you visit and finance is also available and can be secured for you immediately now or once you collect the vehicle. Should you change your mind or decide that the car you have reserved is not the one for you, your deposit will be returned in full with no questions asked. 

Finance

If you have found your dream car and would like to proceed with your purchase through a finance agreement, we have several options available. You can complete a finance application online and get an immediate decision by selecting the ‘Apply for Finance’ button on the car listing. Alternatively, we can offer finance applications over the phone or complete these on the day you come in to view your car. If you would like a call back to discuss your finance options, simply select ‘Ask A Question’ or complete the form on our ‘Finance’ page and one of our team will contact you to run through your application. We offer both Hire Purchase (HP) and Personal Contract Hire (PCP) agreements and can work to find an agreement to match your budget and individual requirements. We are also able to defer your payments so they don't start for six months.

Part Exchange

We can of course offer a part exchange for your current vehicle and can provide valuations via our website, where the value of your current car can be included against the purchase of your new vehicle. Simply select the ‘Part-Ex My Car’ link or ‘Part Exchange’ button on our website and complete our short online form. One of our team will then be in contact.

All vehicles reserved or purchased during our temporary closure will be prioritised and available for collection as soon as we reopen and all relevant arrangements will be made once we have a confirmed date to reopen. When we do reopen, full social distancing measures will be in place to meet Government guidelines.
