Cartime Strengthens Leadership Team with New Senior Appointment as Expansion Continues

Cartime is delighted to welcome Maciej Zydek to the team as Head of Vehicle Preparation as the business continues to expand.

Maciej joins our team with extensive experience in senior operational leadership roles, and will be responsible for developing a scalable vehicle preparation function designed to support the company’s next phase of growth. His focus will be on implementing lean processes, improving the use of data and systems, and building high-performing teams capable of delivering consistent quality across the business.

Maciej will also strengthen relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure consistent standards, accountability and performance across cartime’s preparation network.

By investing in people, systems and technology, cartime aims to create faster and more predictable vehicle readiness, consistent quality across all sites and a reliable customer experience.

Maciej’s appointment comes as the organisation moves into its 14th year in business. Cartime now operates three showrooms across the North West, a 70,000 sq ft vehicle preparation centre and will be opening a dedicated service centre this year. It also has plans to open a further retail site later in 2026. Cartime now employs more than 120 staff and offers over 1,100 vehicles from leading manufacturers.

Cartime has experienced consistent year-on-year growth and is continuing to expand its retail footprint across the North West, following the opening of its third location in Nelson, Burnley.
