Cartime Announced as the UK Car Supermarket of the Year

Cartime has been announced as the UK Car Supermarket of the Year in the Motor Trader Independent Dealer Awards.

It’s the second consecutive year that cartime has been awarded the accolade, which acknowledges and rewards best practices in the sourcing and selling of nearly-new and used cars by UK-wide businesses, specifically observing excellent customer service, customer engagement and setting standards.

While engendering continued growth and introducing innovative customer-centric services in normal trading times, during the pandemic we have successfully pivoted our customer buying process to a remote, contact-free service. Having already catered for a UK-wide audience with highly detailed vehicle descriptions, 360-degree simulations and imagery on our digital platform, the last 12 months have seen the introduction of personalised videos and virtual appointments with sales advisers, contact-free test drives, click and collect and free delivery to the customer’s door. We have also implemented a 14 day returns policy on all cars to provide customers with additional peace of mind and confidence when buying a car.

In addition to this award, we were also announced as the winner of the Fastest Growing Dealer award, which looked at evidence of good sales performance, innovative marketing and financial performance.
