Whether you’re a fan of The Shakers or The Dale; City or United, it’s that time of year to dust off your supporter’s kit and get stuck into the new season. Our favourite footballers have also been putting on their new kits which, these days, usually also includes a good looking and expensive set of wheels.

We are delighted to announce that Hazelhurst Community Primary School is the winner of our cARTime competition following a three week long public vote.

As our newests cartime site opens in Rochdale, we’ve been busy getting to know the area… and we like what we see! From the stunning Town Hall and council offices to the leisure centre, daily market, two shopping centres and many bars and restaurants, there’s plenty to see and always lots of things to do in Rochdale.

To celebrate the opening of cartime’s new specialist 4×4 centre, we ran a competition in conjunction with local primary schools where students decorated a series of specially wrapped 4X4s.

While the new calendar year doesn't correspond to a new academic year, it is when things start to pick up pace for many students and teachers, with the countdown truly on towards those all-important final exams in the summer.

Melissa Stansfield was announced as the winner of our Mother's Day competition and has recently enjoyed a day out The Lowry Hotel with her mum, Lynda.
